JEE Main 2023 preparation advice at the last minute



The second session of the JEE Main 2023 exam will be held on April 6, 8, 10, 11 and 12, 2023, according to the National Testing Agency (NTA). Two sessions of the JEE Main 2023 would be held. While paper 2 of JEE Main 2023 will be held for admissions to BArch/B. Plan programmes at 31 NITs, 25 IIIT, and 28 GFTIs, paper 1 will be conducted for admissions to B.E./ B.Tech programmes. When creating the final JEE Main merit list, the candidate's performance in the better of the two sessions would be taken into account.

The last week must be used to review and take at least 4 to 5 mock exams that correspond to the exam's actual schedules.

During the final week leading up to the JEE Main exam, one must not begin a new chapter or refer to a new book.

It is advisable to review the key mathematical formulas from all chapters of physics, chemistry, and mathematics because doing so will offer you an advantage when answering problems.

Use your own handwritten notes to revise.

Maintain a consistent sleep schedule of 6 to 7 hours per night and refrain from studying late at night.

Every day, a few minutes of meditation or relaxation would help you stay composed and in the moment.

After an hour of study, it's crucial to take a brief rest of 5–10 minutes to calm your head. It lessens weariness and aids in sharpening focus.

The importance of taking ever more JEE Main practise exams should be emphasised. These tests should be conducted by having students complete January Session model/sample and Previous Year's Question Papers (PYQs)/Papers in a test-like setting.

Approach to attempting the JEE Main Paper

• If you find the paper challenging, don't worry; what matters is your overall performance. Therefore, use your analytical thinking at its best; it will help you succeed.

• Expertise in the key areas of physics, chemistry, and mathematics.
• Practising questions of a similar difficulty to those seen in JEE Main.
• Perfect timing when answering a query of this nature.
• In addition to covering your course material, attention is paid to time management and strategy.
• Self-assurance when taking the actual exam.
